What can I say? I started CrossFit over 10 years ago and have been hooked ever since! I obtained my Level 1 certification to coach in 2015 and maintain that certification today. I’ve been coaching at various gyms for over 8 years and it’s still one of the favorite parts of my week! Watching athletes get stronger and learn new skills is the best part and I hope to continue helping each and every athlete who walks through the door!

After graduating college in 2014 with 5 years of minimal exercise and non-optimal nutrition, I found myself disgusted with my well being as a whole.  After discovering my love for fitness, health, and general well being, I eventually realized I wanted to help inspire others the way I was. I now have the opportunity to make positive changes in people’s lives leading to the ultimate satisfaction of witnessing people reach their goals. I wouldn’t trade my family and experience here for the world.  




In the spring of 2018 I enrolled my kids in a program at the gym, while sitting around waiting for them, I became interested in classes. I had tried other avenues toward health with mixed results, but nothing seemed to hold my interest. What I saw here though was a class full of people giving it their all and supporting everyone around them, I knew then that I wanted to give it a shot. I attended my first class, a simple AMRAP of thrusters and 100m runs... I was crushed, humbled, sore, and completely hooked. I decided then to learn everything I could about fitness. I made it a priority and it changed my perception of health. I saw a change in me, my family, and the people I saw everyday in class. I decided that I wanted to help others achieve their goals and create change in their life. I was able to get my Level 1 certification in the beginning of 2019 and have been fortunate enough to be able to share what I've learned. Coaching has helped me to grow and reinvigorated my drive to learn. My hope is to effectively share this way of life to anyone who wants it and guide them toward health.




I love to coach as much as I love to workout. Seeing clients achieve things they never thought possible is one of the coolest and most gratifying parts of my life. The gym is like a second home to me and the members are like a second family. We, as coaches, constantly try to improve our abilities so that we can assist in people reaching their goals.




A little bit about me: I grew up participating in sports.  I then got involved with power lifting for about 15 years but I missed the camaraderie and competitiveness of organized sports.  I took a chance and tried CrossFit about 5 years ago and fell in love with it.  It’s like family outside of family. Putting in hard work and feeling better about yourself physically and mentally! Helping with technique and watching people get P.R’s or a movement for the first time is what it’s all about.  The look on their faces! I enjoy helping others with their goals whether at the gym or in life.
